You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law. Persons who have been declared legally incapacitated by a court of competent jurisdiction are not eligible to register on surga19.
Individuals who have voluntarily self-excluded from gambling platforms — whether through surga19's own self-exclusion program or through any national or PAGCOR-administered exclusion registry — are not eligible to register or maintain an active surga19 account. If you have previously self-excluded and subsequently register a new account, surga19 reserves the right to close that account and forfeit any associated balances.
Each individual player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the surga19 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different personal details, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. surga19 employs identity verification technology to detect duplicate registrations.
Where duplicate accounts are identified, surga19 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all pending bets, and forfeit all balances and bonuses across those accounts without prior notice.
You are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, Philippine mobile number, and email address. Providing false or misleading information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.
surga19 is required by applicable regulations to verify the identity of its players. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents at any time:
Failure to provide requested KYC documents within the timeframe specified by surga19 may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges or account closure. surga19 processes all KYC documents in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
All surga19 accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). All deposits, wagers, bonuses, and withdrawals are processed in PHP unless otherwise stated.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your surga19 login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
surga19 will not be liable for any losses, damages, or claims arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials. All bets, transactions, and activities conducted through your surga19 account while you are logged in — or while your credentials are in use — are deemed to have been authorized by you. surga19 is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of unauthorized use of your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.
surga19 monitors all account activity for signs of fraud, money laundering, or other prohibited conduct. Where suspicious activity is detected, surga19 reserves the right to temporarily suspend your account pending investigation. surga19 will cooperate with Philippine law enforcement and regulatory authorities in all investigations.
surga19 accepts deposits via the following payment methods, all of which are compliant with Philippine payment regulations:
surga19 does not accept deposits via credit card, cryptocurrency, or any other payment method not listed above. This policy is in compliance with current Philippine regulations governing gambling deposits.
The minimum deposit amount on surga19 is ₱100. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though higher deposit amounts may trigger additional KYC verification requirements.
You may only deposit funds that belong to you and are held in a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment account belongs to another person — are strictly prohibited. surga19 reserves the right to reverse any deposit identified as originating from a third-party account and to close the associated player account.
GCash and Maya deposits are credited to your surga19 account instantly upon confirmation of payment. Bank transfer deposits are credited within one (1) banking business day. surga19 does not charge fees for deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to availability. surga19 does not process withdrawals to payment accounts not registered in your name.
The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Maximum withdrawal limits vary by account tier and are communicated to players via their account dashboard. VIP players may be eligible for higher withdrawal limits as part of their loyalty benefits.
surga19 reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard anti-fraud and anti-money laundering measure. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until all required verification documents have been submitted and approved.
Withdrawal of bonus funds is subject to the completion of applicable wagering requirements. Real-money funds deposited by the player (excluding bonus funds) may generally be withdrawn at any time, subject to the verification requirements described above. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual promotion, in addition to these general bonus terms. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
Unless otherwise stated in the promotion-specific terms, all bonus funds credited to your surga19 account must be wagered a minimum number of times before they become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's terms. Wagering requirements must be completed within the time limit specified for each promotion.
Not all games on the surga19 platform contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each wager toward wagering requirements. Live casino games, baccarat, and other table games may contribute at a lower percentage or may be excluded entirely from wagering requirement calculations. The contribution rates for each game category are specified in the relevant promotion terms.
surga19 reserves the right to void bonuses and any winnings derived from them where there is evidence of bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using low-risk betting strategies designed to exploit bonus terms, colluding with other players to meet wagering requirements, or any other conduct that surga19 determines to be an attempt to exploit its promotional offers.
Unclaimed bonuses and bonus funds that have not been wagered within the applicable time limit will expire automatically and be removed from your account without notice. surga19 is not obligated to provide advance notice of bonus expiry.

In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or system failure that affects the outcome of a game or the crediting of winnings, surga19 reserves the right to void the affected game round and refund the wager amount to the player's account. surga19's decision in such matters is final. The principle "malfunction voids all pays and plays" applies to all games on the surga19 platform.
surga19 is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of internet disconnection, device failure, or any other technical issue on the player's side during a game session. Players are advised to ensure a stable internet connection before commencing play. surga19's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit surga19's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent such limitation is prohibited by Philippine law.
surga19 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering a surga19 account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
surga19 complies with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. Your personal data will not be sold to third parties. It may be shared with regulatory authorities, payment processors, and identity verification providers as required for the operation of the surga19 platform and compliance with applicable law.
surga19 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, surga19 will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or an in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect.

In cases of confirmed fraud or prohibited conduct, surga19 may forfeit all balances and bonuses associated with the account.
You may close your surga19 account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat. Prior to account closure, all pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with the standard withdrawal procedures. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.
These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
In the event of a dispute between you and surga19, you are encouraged to contact surga19 customer support in the first instance to seek an informal resolution. surga19 is committed to resolving player complaints fairly and promptly.
